If you have been familiar with stuff download from the net, you cannot fail to notice that the files you download are either stored in the site server itself; and hence can be downloaded directly, or in free/paid file hosting sites.
Our case being the second, we really feel sorry since we cannot give direct access to files from our forum. Neverthless, MELTA members or users can still download the files people post on the forum easily.
Suppose you have a very useful document, book, pamphlet, booklet or whatsoever that you want to share with MELTA community but you cannot do that because you know nothing about files uploading or downloading or you are still novice. MELTA always get it right for you. Sharing files with others comes through uploading them onto some file-sharing websites like Rapidshare, Zshare, Mihd, Sendspace, Depositfiles, Megaupload and so on. These latters give you the opportunity to upload files onto their servers not for good, but just for a limited period of time. Below, we shall explain to you these things in detail so you can get a clear idea before you start uploading your files as well.

After uploading your file(s) you'll be given a link to your file that can be shared via e-mail, forums, sites, etc.
P.S: Some file-hosting sites like rapidshare, zshare, megaupload restrict free users with timers, countdowns etc).
