Levels and Performance:
level 1= Tronc Commun,
level 2 First year Bac &
level 3Second year Bac
Candidates will pass in front of a jury. They will have to present the synopsis of the in an oral presentation of two minutes for each candidate. Students will have to give the title of the reader, the characters and a short presentation describing main events of the story. They may also give their opinion about the story. The jury will ask the candidates to read aloud extracts of a chosen story and a few questions .
Please make sure Candidates use the email below to send their information by email with a short summary of the reader used. Students who fail to email the summary of the story may bring their one-page summary handwritten or typed together with the reader they have chosen. Proclamations:After deliberations, the jury will declare the three winners of the contest for each level. The winners will orally present their synopsis in front of the audience and will be given certificates of recognition and prizes offered by Macmillan.
Macmillan Readers and Explorers can be still be purchased at Al Moggar Bookshop with an exclusive -to contest- discount .
